Orders
All orders are considered complete only after the payment terms and conditions are met, or has been received by Creative Beauty Source.ae as confirmed by our Finance Department. To confirm the orders, Creative Beauty Source.ae may contact Customers who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Customer a verification question. Creative Beauty Source.ae will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Customer. Once the purchase of the item(s) is confirmed by the Customer, Creative Beauty Source.ae will arrange to pack and deliver the product to the Customer.

Product Availability
In view of timing differences, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the Customer might have been sold and might not be available in stock at that point of time. In such an event, shop.creativebeautysource.com will contact the Customer and suggest an alternate product. In case the Customer chooses a different product, shop.creativebeautysource.com shall confirm the new order. If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, the Customer shall have to pay the differential amount. If the cost of the new selection is less expensive than the previous one, shop.creativebeautysource.com shall refund the excess amount to the Customer in the manner specified below in this Terms of Use.

Creative Beauty Source.ae currently accepts the following types of tender for orders placed on the website:

● Online Credit.

Payment will be taken upon the placement of an order on our website. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Creative Beauty Source.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
We work with Quip up (UAE ORDERS) and Aramex (GCC ORDERS) in order to provide you with the quickest service and the best prices. All shipments made from approved Orders are shipped using a 3rd party fulfillment service. Please refer to the terms and conditions of Aramex and Quipup Company for more details on shipment details.

PRICES
Prices on the shop.creativebeautysource.com website are displayed in AED and exclude any add on services you may pair with the products, delivery costs, taxes or duties to which the purchase may be subject to. Any additional costs will be displayed to you upon the final checkout.

If you purchase using a payment method denominated in foreign currency to AED, the payment will be put under the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time the payment is completed.

The distance of the destination of the order, the items and services you select as well as the method of delivery may determine the delivery charges. Please refer to the delivery section for further details on delivery options.
We aim to make every effort to ensure the prices displayed on the website and in our communications are correct, errors may potentially occur. If an error occurs:

1. has already been processed, then we may at our discretion:
   1. Void the Order (or part thereof), arrange for collection of the differently priced item(s) from your original Order delivery address in the Emirate of Dubai and issue you a full refund including original Order delivery fees, taxes and duties (if applicable);
   2. Where the price you paid is lower than the actual price of the item, honour the price in your Order; or
   3. Where the price you paid is higher than the actual price of the item, refund you the difference between the two values;
2. Has not yet been processed, then we will notify you as soon as possible and only process the Order once you have confirmed you are happy to buy at the correct price or otherwise cancel the Order and refund your payment in full.

Usage of Promo code by the Company
