A Pearl Top Coat instilling a luminous opalescent radiance.
Instructions
Step 1: Shake theShellac bottle for at least 1 minute.
Step 2: ApplyShellac UV Base Coat, then cure.
Step 3: Apply a thin layer of Color Coat to one hand.
Step 4: Cure under a CND UV lamp for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Repeat on the other hand.
Step 6: Apply a second coat of color and cure.
Step 7: Finish withShellac UV Top Coat for a flawless look.
