How to Use:
Use Lash Perfect Black Hook Tweezers to fan the lashes on the strip. Once fanned, remove from the strip and dip into the adhesive of your choice (Bond it Adhesive is recommended for Russian application due to its fast drying time). Apply fan to individual lash.
